v2 is not an incremental update but a full pass over v1: almost every feature built during the v1 era was reworked — installer size, interface, translation pipeline, corpus management and Chatbox all changed systematically. It also fills the gaps v1 never covered: project-based document translation, a credits system, backup and restore, everyday utility tools, and an in-app feedback channel.
